Aptana - Development Environment Studio

This is a really really neat editor for all sorts of source code including languages such as PHP, JavaScript, Ruby, and Adobe AIR. Really cool. If you're a developer and you're looking for an alternative to Dreamweaver, take a look at this.

It's really great. Download the SFTP plugin (which should really come default btw) and you're off to the races.
